Easter is this upcoming Sunday. I know I have posted a bunch of Easter related posts, but here is another. I talked about Easter basket shopping and I finally got all of my items. Well, I may find something else small that I can put in the eggs that is not candy that I have below.
So here is the girls Easter baskets. One has a blue basket and the other has a pink one. While they were at school one day, I grabbed their baskets and filled them up to make sure everything fit and that I had what I wanted.
And here is a breakdown of what is inside.
My girls are obsessed with sandals and they love Rory's Birkenstocks, so I thought this was a happy medium. Plus I got them on sale at Nordstrom Rack.
I talked about these in my Amazon Prime purchases. I got these because the girls are really into makeup right now. They got a bunch of makeup for their birthday and always want to try new colors. Since some of the colors are bold, I needed more of these, so why not put them in their baskets?
The girls love using water bottles. I was a little hesitant on getting them glass ones, but these have a silicone sleeve and the glass is really thick. I got the purple and blue one.
My girls love Ring Pops and when I saw these at Target, I had to grab them.
When I was at Ulta using my gift card (I will let you know what I got in another post), I grabbed these for the girls. I love the brightness of the colors and they are really into painting their nails. Even by themselves with some supervision.
The girls always see me where one of these when I blow dry my hair. They love doing their own hair and I thought these would be cute for them. We got one in blue and one in purple.
My girls want crop tops after seeing other kids wear them. I am not about that, so this is as close as they are going to get. It says it sits at the hip. It is still cooler here, and these will also be perfect for Summer nights in Graeagle.
And then I got these items below to stuff in their Easter eggs for the Easter egg hunt on Easter morning. As I said above, I want to get something else for them that is non-candy. Suggestions?
Fun fact, I can't stand these, but Rory and the girls love them.
We all love these in my house. They are even better when you put them in the fridge.
The girls and I love Starburst, so these are a natural candy filler for us.
What are you putting in your kids Easter baskets? What are your Easter plans?
Those look wonderful! My youngest son loves Andes Thin Mints... and while I didn't find any easter themed ones near us I did get him some chocolate/mint trail mix I found at Target that I think he'll like.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds good too. I love most things mint and chocolate. And thank you! I hope my girls enjoy it.
DeleteThe perfect Easter basket items for girlies! Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteI sure hope so. Have a great week too!
DeleteAww they are going to love it!! I need to get a few more things for Sophia! Maybe I will do a quick target pickup today!
ReplyDeleteI found a ton there and the dollar spot was freshly stocked!
DeleteI'm jealous of all of the gifts! We don't celebrate Easter here.
ReplyDeleteBut you do celebrate passover, right? But I am not sure if that entails any gifts.
DeleteSo many cute picks.. they will be so happy!
ReplyDeleteI sure hope so.
DeleteHeck - I want that basket! I love the water bottle & MMMM... Andes - my mom used to keep some in her drawer when I was little & they were HERS - no one was allowed to touch.
ReplyDeleteHaha. I am glad that I did a great job that you even want it!! My husband loves them so much too. My girls got their love for them from him. And he sometimes doesn't share. Ha.
DeleteThis is super cute! Serena would want every item in these baskets <3
ReplyDeleteThank you. And I take that as a compliment!
DeleteLove EVERYTHING- just perfect girly baskets :)
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteLooks like they're going to have a good Easter. I really like those glass tumblers.
ReplyDeleteThey are really cool. I didn't think I would like them being glass, but they are thick glass.
DeleteSo many cute ideas for your little girls! how old are they? I used to love being more thoughtful but with teens we are just like gift card and chocolates. LOL! I love these ideas so much though.

DeleteThese are cute basket ideas! I'm putting my daughter's Easter basket together today to ship to her at college!
ReplyDeleteJill - Doused in Pink
That is so sweet. I loved when my mom did that for me too.
DeleteLove everything you picked out! Are kids their age wearing crop tops to school and stuff?? Ugh. Everything starts so much younger than it used to. I got Zoe a jacket on clearance from OK that is the hip length. It was sort of a sweatshirt jacket that I thought would be real cute to wear over her gymnastics and dance clothes when its cold.
ReplyDeleteAs far as egg fillers go, I go forchapstick, dollar tree jewelry, stickers, temporary tattoos, fruit snacks, coins, etc.
Yes they are and my girls want to wear them too. Nope. I am ok with hip length, but not crop. And I would want them to wear something under it too. Ha. I am that mom. I didn't think about chapstick. That is a good idea. Fruit snacks too!!
DeleteThat Sally Hansen polish is my FAVORITE and I haven't seen the Peeps versions! Olivia would love that!
ReplyDeleteThey have it at Target, Ulta and Walmart. They are so cute.
