So I am a little late getting my Christmas gift guides out, but I have been raking my brain on most of these. For kids, it wasn't that hard as my girls went crazy circling items in the Amazon and Target catalogs. But for women and men, it was more difficult since we are living in different times. Things that I normally would want, are not being used right now, so it is a little more difficult shopping for men and women this year.
BUT I did get my kids Christmas gift guide ready. Some of these items my girls already have and others are on their wish list. The items that they don't have have been purchased and are hiding away.
ONE.
My kids love to build forts, but we often don't have enough chairs or things to build with. So this kit solves the problem. They only have to add blankets over it. I got the kit with 120 pieces.
TWO.
THREE.
FOUR.
FIVE.
SIX.
I loved playing Monopoly as a kid. When Nadine posted that she was getting Zoe an unicorn version of this game, I went looking at options for the girls. I ended up going with the classic junior version.
SEVEN.
This is another gift the girls received in 2018. A floor puzzle with the solar system. The girls learned all their planets this way and when it came time to re-learn them in school, they were already ahead. This puzzle is 48 pieces and fun to put together.
EIGHT.
My girls are still obsessed with Frozen. They saw a similar jacket in Target, so I knew this one would be a hit. I got it on sale from the Disney store. And it is still on sale for $25.
NINE.
TEN.
ELEVEN.
I sure hope I have a granddaughter someday so I can buy all this cuteness! I especially love the tea set and the pink faux fur pillow!
ReplyDeleteOh that would be amazing!!! I hope you get that as well!!!
DeleteOh the princess tea set is adorable!! xo, Biana BlovedBoston
ReplyDeleteIt is sooo pretty. I just worry about the girls breaking it.
DeleteI just ordered that solar system puzzle through your link. Zoe is obsessed with the moon and the stars, and I would like to do a few space themed lessons with her. That puzzle would be perfect! There are so many monopoly junior games! Zoe asked for the unicorn one, but then she saw the princess one and was like oh I want to put that on my list too! I explained to her that it is the exact same game, and that once you tell Santa something...there are no take backs. LOL. Love that tea set! We have an easel and floor pillow like that, both are regularly used.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much. I really appreciate that. The girls love that puzzle still. We put it together weekly. Haha. I have had to tell the girls things like that too. It is funny how they want EVERYTHING. We definitely use all the things that I put on here that the girls already have!
DeleteI love drooling over the American Girl things like that VW Bug! Would never buy it, but it's just so cute. Gabbie had 3 of the dolls over the years!
ReplyDeleteI felt the same way. It is soooo pretty and fun, but that price is ouch! I didn't want to give in, but the girls are really wanting it. And we got another catalog in the mail and they circled everything in it as well.
DeleteThat fort building kit is brilliant!! Our kids would love that!
ReplyDeleteI hope my girls love it! It is a good gift idea for all kids!
DeleteSo many great ideas! That solar system puzzle looks awesome for my boys. I want to get that tea set for my niece, and how fun is that teepee?!?!
ReplyDeleteThe puzzle is amazing. We put it together weekly. The teepee is a huge hit at our house. The girls are in it all the time.
DeleteI want an adult sized teepee! That fort building set looks right up my nieces' alley!
ReplyDeleteI do too! That would be amazing. I have always wanted to stay in one in the wilderness. The fort building will be fun for the kids. I can't wait to see what they think!
DeleteThese are such great ideas! We're kind of on the fence about gifts this year. We usually gift experiences vs. things, but with so many things up in the air with COVID, it's tricky. I think we're going to gift them some travel gear for our big move next year though!
ReplyDeleteI love gifting experiences too. That is why we took the girls to Disneyland last year. It was all about the experience. That was the majority of their Christmas and birthday gifts. But this year we are stumped too because everything is shut down. I can't wait to hear where you guys are going!
DeleteYour girls are at such a fun age to buy for.
ReplyDeleteIt is a good age for sure, but everything is soooo expensive that they want. Ha.
DeleteHow fun is the lounge pillow.
ReplyDeleteIt is amazing!!!
DeleteSo many great gift ideas! My boys are also asking for kinetic sand.
ReplyDeleteIt is a great gift and craft. And doesn't get too messy.
