I don't know about you, but I am excited to dress up for the holidays. And for the first time in forever, I get to go to a real Christmas party. Rory and I worked (I still work there) at the same place. Their idea of a holiday party was an office pot luck. We did have one co-worker who would put together a holiday party for some of us, but it was always casual. I haven't been to a real Christmas party since previous to this job, and that was over 14 years ago. So needless to say, I am very excited. And yes, it is a small office, so we will be adhering to the rules on gathering numbers.
Anyways, I have been searching around for some holiday dresses. Some of these I wish I could wear to the party, but they are a little too dressed up for it. And they are all under $150. Most of them, but one are under $100.
I’ll take them all but my rue is completely drawn to the red!!!
ReplyDeleteI love red dresses too!!!
DeleteI wish I had somewhere to wear these gorgeous dresses to! I love all the red hues! xo, Biana BlovedBoston
ReplyDeleteI just have Christmas dinner and a small Christmas party. Rory's office is only 6 people.
DeleteRed
ReplyDeleteIt is a beautiful color!
DeleteI don't think I could pull off any of them but you could!
ReplyDeleteYou are too sweet. I am not sure if I could either!
DeleteAhhhh LOVE dressing up for Christmas parties - you will look gorg in any of these dresses. I'm especially drawn to the green one-shoulder number. So pretty <3
ReplyDeleteGreen Fashionista
I love that one too! It is soo pretty. I am just not sure if I will have to wear a binder or not yet, so I am waiting until my pre-op next Monday to decide.
DeleteHow FUN, especially with the year we've had! Oh my gosh, how are you going to choose?!?! You picked some great ones!!! The pink one jumps out at me.
ReplyDeleteI love that one too. I wish we could go to a NYE party, but everything has been cancelled. Then I could wear it for both occasions.
DeleteThat bottom right one is AMAZING. That one is definitely my favorite!
ReplyDeleteIt is a good one. I am waiting to see if I have to wear a binder post surgery. If I do, it will limit which dress I end up getting.
DeleteI know you can pull ANY of these dresses off. You look good in everything.
ReplyDeleteMe? I have ZERO Christmas plans... so my Christmas dress up will be maybe some NEW joggers & a NEW sweatshirt - LOL
I love the idea of comfort too. I am waiting to see which option will work once I have my pre-op next Monday. And you are too sweet about your compliments to me!
DeleteBeautiful! I love to gold metallic and green!
ReplyDeleteMe too! Those are very beautiful ones!
DeleteSo many pretty picks! Spouses have never been invited to any of the parties at any of the jobs M has had. :(
ReplyDeleteReally?! Rory's local company is smaller, so I get to go to that one. The more corporate one, I don't.
DeleteSuch pretty dresses! I had a fancy holiday party 2 years ago. I had just been hired on a few weeks before the party and didn't know what to expect. It was at a new to me restaurant, and I now know that I would like to visit there on my own sometime. All these dresses are so pretty, but I really love the bottom red one!
ReplyDeleteI love holiday parties, but haven't been to one in years. I miss dressing up and really hope we get to do it this year.
DeleteI love them all! The off the shoulder is the best. I miss dressing up so much. No holiday party for us at work and we aren't sure we are doing our big family party.
ReplyDeleteI miss dressing up too. And with more restrictions in Nevada, I am worried we won't get to have the party.
DeleteThose dresses are very pretty. I especially like the first one and the last one.
ReplyDeleteMe too. They are all beautiful! I just hope I will get to wear one.
DeleteYou'd look stunning in any of those! Man what I wouldn't do for a fancy holiday party right about now, haha. I'm glad you have one to look forward to! xo
ReplyDeleteI am not sure if it will happen now that our covid cases are going up and our governor is asking us all to stay home again. We will see.
