We were invited to a Halloween party this year and since things are still weird and crazy with Covid, we thought it would be a better idea to go to the small party than trick or treating. Plus the kids can trick or treat in this gated community.
BUT we needed costumes. Now Rory isn't one to dress up. Like at all. But every so often I can get him to. I told him to think of a group idea and he didn't give me one, so I searched the internet and found a few. I had ideas of being superheroes, but the hosts are being superheroes. Then I thought about Rory being Prince Charming and us girls being princesses. Finally, we decided on Toy Story.
Sutton is going to be Bo Peep, but she didn't want the pants costume. It had to be a dress, so we are going back to the first movie.
Cannot wait to see pictures of you guys in these!!!

DeleteYou are going to look so great as Barbie. I can't wait to see pictures of you all dressed up.
ReplyDeleteWe usually dress up.
This year we are skipping Halloween.. kind of. The kids Halloween parties are going to be virtual so no fun dressing up. I convinced to go with a minimalist costume of werewolf victims.. lol. And we usually host the annual Halloween party which we also decided to pass on.
Thank you. I can't wait to see how it all turns out. That is ok that you have decided to pass on a party. We are only going over to a friend's house for a very small party. This year is different.

DeleteOh my goodness, I can't wait to see you all together! We're not doing a family costume. I hate dressing up, but the boys both decided their costumes, and Mieke is being David from Schitt's Creek haha
ReplyDeleteOH MY GOD....Mieke is being David. We love that show and I wanted to go as David and Moira for Halloween, but I got the big fat no. Rory hates dressing up as well.
DeleteThis sounds fun! I can't wait to see you all in the costume.
