/ that I am just a little (ok A LOT) stressed out over my trip. I have been prepping for this trip for a long time it feels like, but I just want it to come together and go smoothly. This means from the flights to my girls being without me for two weeks. And lord, please get rid of these zits on my face from the stress.
/ that I probably should have started packing yesterday, but ain't nobody got time for that when you have a Fantasy Football draft.
/ that I bought a bunch of candy for my trip this weekend. I love sugar when traveling which will probably make my zits even worse.
/ that I want to buy all the beautiful things for myself on this trip, but I probably won't even get one thing for myself.
/ that I absolutely love when my girls play with my hair. I remember doing this to my mom when I was younger and now I adore it just as much.
/ that I am looking forward to the sleep I HOPE to get while I am in Europe.
/ that I may have bought myself a utility vest from Pearl and Monroe this week. I couldn't resist and I was looking everywhere for one. This one has a hood that detaches, is warm on the inside and cinches in. I can't wait to receive it.
/ that I wanted the new iphone that is coming out, but I want to wait for next year's model as it will be a complete redesign since it's the 10th anniversary of the iphone. Sold.

ReplyDeleteI only got the 6s last year and while I like the 7 I can not justify upgrading right now so I have to say I am with you on waiting till at least next year! That vest is awesome!

ReplyDeleteWell if this was a vacation, I probably wouldn't, but since I do have to work most of it, I think I will sleep more. Or I hope so. But there is definitely a lot to see during my time there!

That's basically why I hate traveling - I stress so much over it all... & dont even have little ones to think about. Just my forgetful husband :) haha

ReplyDeleteOlivia just recently started playing with my hair, too, and I love it. I have pictures of me when I was her age sitting on the couch and playing with my mom's hair. I used to put my little barrettes all over her whole head and she looked like an alien or something. Lol.

I hope you have the BEST trip! I'm sure the time will fly by. Two weeks is definitely a long time to be away from the babies, though. When do you leave?
