Cantaloupe, Basil and Berry Juice via Nourish and Inspire Me |
- Half a Cantaloupe
- 1 Handful Basil Leaves
- 1/4 cup Raspberries
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
- 1 cup Ice
- Juice the cantaloupe in a pressed juicer.
- Add cantaloupe juice to a blender with basil, ice and berries until smooth
- Serve immediately.
Love this recipe and cannot wait to try. I also try new juices. Juices are really very healthy drinks. The benefits of the berry are seen in the form of strengthened immune system of the consumer and helps you fight germs and diseases better. I usually take goji berry juice.
