As promised, I took pictures of our new First Christmas ornaments as newlyweds. The first one is from my mom and dad. Every year, my mom buys/makes me a Christmas ornament. She has never missed a Christmas and it is really special to me to see all the ornaments on the tree every year from my past.
This years ornament is perfect. Lots of glitter, love birds and snow. What do you think?
When I was in New York, I found out from Blaine that there were little markets all around the city selling Christmas things and even personalized ornaments. I HAD to have one. I must have walked the shop three times and stood at the engaged/newlywed/anniversary section for 20 minutes straight picking the perfect one for Rory and I. I think it is perfect for us (how many times am I going to say perfect today?).
What do you think? Did you get a first year Christmas ornament? I just realized I also made an ornament out of our wedding invitation that I posted
here. So I guess we get three "Our First Christmas" ornaments. Too much? Nah.
Aww I think 1st Christmas ornaments are sweet! 3 isn't too many :)
